It was a Bank before it became a hotel in 1939.It is relaxed and informal.7 letting rooms provide B and B type accommodation.They are situated on the A9 on the North exit of Golspie,close to the Big Burn, Dun Robin Castle and the Ben Bhraggie Wildcat trails.There is a bar and restaurant providing home-cooked meals,free broadband access,and cycle lockup.
They are an excellent base to explore the North of Scotland,and Sutherland is a county with fascinating landscapes.They are an excellent stop for Orkney travellers.The Ben is relaxed and informal…and the team are all extremely friendly and helpful.Their homemade food is always highly praised.Sample their soups and scones,steaks and lasagne.
